Hi Everyone! Welcome to my lifestyle blog. My name is Camila and I am currently living in Katy,TX one of the many suburbs in Houston,TX. For the longest time, I’ve been wanting to create an outlet to motivate and inspire people to be creative, and also inform them about major global events with the purpose of helping others. I’ve been looking for the perfect time to create a blog, but I’ve realized that maybe I don’t need a perfect time to star something new and exciting. So I’ve decided to just DO IT, go with the flow and embark in this new journey as a blogger. 

I am a person with various interests and I want to try to incorporate most of them in my blog. So, what will you find in unfolded bloom?

DIYs
I am all about DO IT YOURSELF and The Three Rs =Reduce, Reuse and Recycle. All my friends know how much I love crafting and that Michael’s is like my second home, you will find me there at least once a week. DIY projects will be consistent topic in my blog, and I will be sure to share as many projects as possible with all of you .

#SUPPORTLOCAL
I truly believe that one of the best ways to help our community to grow is by supporting local business and entrepreneurs, and that is going to be a big part of my blog. I am also obsessed with coffee and tea, so I will be visiting local coffee shops and tea lounges with the purpose of giving you my thoughts. My objetive is to give you the best and most honest opinion about local shops, but I will not be including negative reviews on places that disappointed me. I want my blog to be a way of giving reviews about small businesses that I have come across in my community without downgrading anyone, because what doesn’t work for me it can definitely work for someone else. This section won’t be only about food, but also about emerging fashion and jewelry designers, party planners, photographers, makeup artists, flower shops and much more.

FASHION
I am not a fashion expert and I don’t have a definite style. I wear anything that sparks my interest and makes me feel comfortable. I am huge fan of floral dresses, anything tweed, statement necklaces and pearls.

TRAVEL
Traveling has been a major part in my life and to be honest it’s my favorite hobby. There is nothing more exciting than immersing in another culture, trying different types of food, getting out of my comfort zone and enjoy every little thing in life. Traveling has changed my perspective in life and who I am. In this section, you will find a lot of restaurant options in different cities, hotel reviews, tourist sites and more.

AWARENESS
I think I am not the only one that reads the news and burst in to tears knowing that there is someone out there going through a tough time and you feel useless because there is nothing you can do about it. If you are one of those people, then this section of my blog is for you. Every month I will make a post related to a major global event or social issue affecting people. I will make a brief summary about the entire issue and show you ways that you can help either by making a donation, signing a petition or doing community service.
